Payment Policies

Full-Time Program

Fees/Cancellations

  • Tuition is listed here.
  • $500 deposit is due 1 week prior to the last day of the preceding trimester.
  • Deposit is non-refundable, unless class is cancelled.
  • Balance of remaining payment is due the first day of each trimester.
  • Failure to pay in full on time may result in losing your reserved spot.
  • A late fee may be charged for late payments.
  • All refunds are made via a check in the mail.
  • Georgetown Atelier is not liable for any travel expenses incurred if a program is cancelled.
  • Refunds do not include Paypal service fees if payment was made online.

 

 Part-Time Programs & Workshops

Fees/Cancellations

  • Tuition for each program is listed here.
  • Classes may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.
  • Deposit is due 6 weeks prior to the class start date.
  • Deposit is non-refundable, unless class is cancelled.
  • Balance of remaining payment is due 3 weeks prior to the class start date.
  • Remaining balance of tuition is fully refundable until 2 weeks prior to class start date. Tuition after this point is non-refundable unless class is cancelled.
  • Failure to pay in full on time may result in losing your reserved spot.
  • All refunds are made via check in the mail.
  • Georgetown Atelier is not liable for any travel expenses incurred if a program is cancelled.
  • Refunds do not include Paypal service fees if payment was made online.
